Semi-Private Classes

 

What is a Semi-Private Class? Semi Private class means there is a cap to the limit of people per class.

Our early morning and mid-morning classes cap out at 15 people - Evening classes cap out at 8 people per time slot.

That allows our coaches to instruct a smaller class to give you a more personal 1on1 feel, with the vibes of class based training. It’s the best of both worlds!

 

FIT

Mode: Lower Body Strength

FIT is a Lower Body strength based training workout. Get ready to lift, become strong, move and learn about different styles of lower body focused train. Tone up and get those legs going!

FLOW

Mode: Pilates

Pilates is not only the best program to strengthen your core and posture, but its also a great way to loosen up the body. Stretch and strengthen with the amazing Mat based Pilates programming aimed at keeping your body healthy and strong!

FLEX

Mode: Upper Body Strength

Flex is a Upper Body strength based training workout. Get ready to lift, become strong, move and learn about different styles of upper body focused train. Get those gains to flex those guns!

OPEN

Mode: Open Gym

Do a your own thing, at your own pace! OPEN Gym allows you to book in at a convenient time to train and either complete a class program, catch up on some training or even work on your own programming.

FAST

Mode: Cardio Conditioning

Get ready to shred the weight off and get super fit with Metabolic. The fast paced action involves hard but fun styles of training that will make you sweat it out. Get ready to shred!

BOOTCAMP

Mode: Cardio Conditioning

BOOTCAMP are the biggest programmed sessions for the week. The BC sessions are programmed to include all training styles under Bootcamp conditions. Be ready to take on the giant - 1 Hour sessions.
